First post from Germany!

First order of business... my blogger is now in German, which is a big problem because I can't read it!

Now that I got that off my chest, I know this post is coming really late. However, blame it on the horrible, mean French people because they stressed me out on the trip over and it has been a little bit crazy since.

I guess that is where I will start off, the 24+ hour trip over to my new home. Everything was fine until we showed up in France, well besides the Delta gentleman in Fresno who took a good hour to check us in. Let me just say that either French people hate A) Americans B) Germans or C) Everyone that isn't French... I'm gonna go with the last one. After dealing with an extremely rude Air France jerk, we got our tickets, and sat down to 3 hours of playing Uno and Deal or no Deal on Patrick's phone. As we were in line to board the plane to Stuttgart (aka home), they called our names over the loud speaker. As we made our way up to the desk, we were thinking that they were able to get us seats together on that flight. *Insert huge punch to the face here* Yea, sorry we can't let you board this flight. Although your cat was set to go straight through to Stuttgart, she is sitting alone, on the floor, unattended, soaked in her own urine, in baggage claim. Obviously that is not what they said, us customer service people know how to make things sound pretty. After finding Khloe, drying her off, and putting a new pee pad in her crate, we started the long trek back to another 3 hour wait for the next flight. It was hell.

We got to our new home close to 9pm. The work that everyone did here looks amazing. However, considering the very short amount of time and all the stuff that was required, we don't have a kitchen or a door on our bathroom yet. We are making it work though :). This apartment is awesome, and I'm excited to see it fully finished.

As of right now, my new camera charger will be here on Monday. So for now, you have to deal with cell phone quality pictures. Enjoy :)

The only place I have seen snow so far. Salt Lake City.

Leaving Salt Lake City.

Airplane sunset.

Our amazing yard/view.

Patrick's godson, Etienne.

Our closet is not set up yet, so we are still living out of
our suitcases.

Our apartment was decorated with balloons and stuff :).

After Khloe's version of hell at the Paris
airport, she is settling in.

I will have pictures of the actual apartment as soon as I get my camera up and running again, most likely Monday.

Also, keep Patrick's dad in your thoughts and prayers, he had a heart attack this morning and is in the hospital.
